Operation Grizzley
Scene: Collision between two cars and a truck carrying barrels of radioactive material, a few leaking. Fire suppressed and EMS already transported victims. Madison County provided entry teams, as well as incident management from the hazmat end. Delaware did decon, and Henry did research/information, with a few techs for entry. ISDH Rad also had an integral part in response. DOE controlled the drill.
